Its official images have also been revealed on the social media channels, which shows that this upcoming car shares its various styling cues with the Nano F-Tronic and Nano Active concepts debuted at the 2014 Auto Expo. At the front, it gets brand's logo at the centre of a black grille, flanked by smoked headlight clusters.
The smiley airdam and a circular foglight enclosures are giving a completely fresh look to this updated version. On the other hand, the runabout receives a new rear bumper, a function bootlid, including refreshed rear windscreen and all of these furnishings have been done on the latest 'Sangria Red' color. Excluding these aesthetic terms, the Tata GenX Nano will also have an Easy Shift transmission that is known as an automated manual gearbox at the affordable expected price of INR 2.7 Lac.
Beneath the skin, it is about to be powered by the same 624 CC twin cylinder petrol engine, which would produce a maximum power of 38 PS and a peak torque of 51 Nm. This hatchback will render an ARAI validated fuel efficiency of 21.9 km/k and will have a fuel tank capacity of 24 litre instead of 15 litre.
