And after a long rumoured and postponed launch dates, the largest passenger vehicle producer in the country, Tata Motors has finally decided to make available its long-awaited premium crossover, Tata Hexa. After the successful launch of the hot hatch, Tata Tiago, the maker is now batting on the big. It is now confirmed, Tata Hexa is all set to enter the Indian market on January 18, next year. The advance bookings for the car had already been commenced with the token amount of INR 11,000.
This premium crossover will be offered in 6 variants and total 9 Interactions. The list of variants includes - XE, XM, XT, XMA, XTA and XT 4x4. The Hexa will also be available with the choice of standard 7-seater and optional 6-seater configurations. However, the 6-seater option is only available on the XT, XTA, XT 4x4 trims. On the other hand, the 4x4 all wheel drive or what company calls it ‘Super Drive Mode’ will only be offered on the XT variant.

Coming on the price, Tata has already burnt its finger with the sky-high price of the Aria, so this time Tata will go on steep toes and sharp eyes. Hexa is likely to priced in the range of INR 13-18 Lakh and will take on the likes of the popular MPV, Toyota Innova and the Mahindra XUV 500.
