Tata Launches Higher Zest XTA Trim with AMT

The home-grown manufacturer Tata got very good response with its recently launched Zest sedan and Bolt hatchback cars. These vehicles actually brought the Tata back into the passenger car market where it was lagging behind in the recent times. Now, the Zest sedan which was available in top most XMA trim till now has gotten a sibling, much more feature equipped and with AMT transmission as well. The car is expected to rival the most trusted brand Maruti Suzuki's Swift Dzire, which definitely is the choice of many potential buyers in India. However, the Zest hasn't fall short of the sales since it has launched and I guess the car will do performing very same with this new higher trim as well.

Coming down to features, it has been equipped with Harman ConnectNext touch infotainment, voice commands, rear parking camera and sensors, LED DRLs, LED guide lights, alloy wheels, automatic climate controls, dual front air bags, adjustable driver's seat, rear defogger and much more. Under the bonnet, there is this Fiat's 1.3 Litre 4-Cylinder engine that is able to produce 90 PS power and 200 Nm of torque. As said, it has AMT transmission and offers impressive mileage of around 21.60 km/l.

The price of this new Zest XTA trim is INR 8.07 Lac Ex-Showroom and this is very fair for the features and power its offering. So, if you're looking to buy a new sedan, then it could be a good option, at least to consider.
