Tata Tiago AMT Variant Spied, Launch To Happen in September

A couple of months back, Tata Motors had introduced the all new hatchback Tiago in the Indian car segment, which received much appreciation from the audience and ceased a host of bookings within a month from its post launch. Currently, the vehicle is only available in manual transmission unit for both petrol and diesel versions. The positive response and impressive sales inspired the company to bring a new variant and think, what could be the best, none other than the AMT trim.

Yeah! You are right, it is an AMT, which is just being clicked on camera at the time of taking rounds out on the road. Although Tata Motors works really hard to disguise its prototype under the heavy camouflage body, even so, the car enthusiasts didn't let pass the model without getting some shots.

As you can see through the glass window in the above picture, it comes with an AMT transmission unit. Further, it will be mated to the same three-cylinder petrol engine as the regular one that generates a power of 85 Bhp. Once launched, it will go up against the likes of its segment cars such as Maruti Suzuki Celerio, and Alto K10 AMT.

There is no information about its price and other equipped features, but it is believed that car will come out with slightly higher price.
