The RTA m-Wallet app is developed by a startup of Hyderabad called Radikal Tribe, a digital wallet to keep all transport related documents. The app was launched at Secretariat in the presence of Transport Minister P Mahender Reddy and Telangana Information Technology Minister K T Rama Rao in Hyderabad.

This app can be easily downloaded from the Google Play Store for every Android and iOS platforms device, free of cost. It allows the users to add documents of its multiple vehicles altogether with the facility of auto fetch and sharing of documents just by a single click. Documents once downloaded on the application saved permanently in it.

The online registration of the transport related documents of your vehicle not only end up the requirement of carrying documents physically but also minimize the chance of fraud. But the downside of this app is that no support is granted for the insurance documents and pollution-under-control certificate in this digital wallet and as for now it is applicable only in Telangana.

This first of its kind initiative will bring to end up the police harassment on the driver by applying penalty and receiving bribe, in contrast to driver fails in producing necessary documents. Approx 60 lakh driving license holder and 80 Lakh vehicle owner will be benefited from this RTA m-Wallet app.
