The TVS Apache RTR 160 and CB Unicorn 160 are the most considering motorcycles among the commuter segment that appear to be quite similar in terms of performance, price and mileage.

Honda CB Unicorn 160 is the most lovable motorcycle in the segment that was launched in the country back in December 2014. Every thing is pretty much lovable whether it is design or look. In terms of technical specifications, the Honda UB Unicorn 160 is powered by an air-cooled, single-cylinder and 163cc engine displacement which returns a maximum power of 14.5 BHP at 8000 RPM and 14.6 Nm of torque at 6000 RPM. The motor is equipped with Honda Eco technology that contribute to deliver excellent mileage and as well as power output. The motor is mated to a five speed transmission.
The Apache RTR 160 is inspired by the racing DNA of Apache series that has excellent throttle response. The street fighter has a top speed of 124 KMPH which is more then the Unicorn 160. Powering the TVS Apache RTR 160 is a 149.2cc, air-cooled and four-stroke motor that churns out a maximum power of 15.2 BHP at 8500 RPM and 12.80 Nm at 6500 RPM. The engine is mated to a five speed transmission to rev the rear wheel.
The Honda CB Unicorn has excellent ergonomics and power-to-weight-ration which provide dynamic ride and excellent balancing at all the time. The CB Unicorn 160 rides on the front telescopic suspension and rear hydraulic monoshock absorber, while the braking duties are taken care by a front 240mm disc brake and 130mm rear drum brake, Combined Braking System is the optional in the motorcycle.
