TVS Certifies New Motorcycles and Scooters Arrival for Next Fiscal-Report

As per the TVS official report, the company is doing well in the two wheeler auto industry. And with the really impressive growth of more than 10 percent profit in Q3 FY2017, the bike maker is now looking forward to continuing this success journey along with several new projected models for the next fiscal. TVS CFO Mr. SG Murali has confirmed it in an Interview to Business Standard by saying the upcoming products will also include motorcycles and scooters.

However, the CFO did not reveal any of the lined up product. Yet the production TVS Akula 310, which Mr. Murali has been confirmed earlier, will be the first of arriving models in the next fiscal. First unveiled at the 2016 Auto Expo as a concept, the Akula 310 is a tribute to the TVS’ dedicated racing team. The first full fairing sports bike from the manufacturer has already been spotted several times on its test runs in the country.

If considers scooters in the near future, a 125cc scooter may be seen in the TVS scooters lineage. Owing to the TVS Jupiter success, a bigger engined scooter, as speculated the TVS Graphite concept showcased at the 2014 Auto Expo, is likely to make in the market as next offering. The concept was blessed with a number of premium fitments likes AMT and fully digital instrument console, may all these bits not see on the market ready trim.

Moreover, we can configure a few products from the TVS’ German partner the BMW Motorrad, as scheduled, an adventure tourer based BMW G 310 GS will be the next after the BMW G 310R streetfighter introduction. The BMW G 310 GS is plausible to hit the Indian soil late this year.
