The Chennai based TVS motor company has launched the XL 100 moped in the automobile market of Uttar Pradesh. This newly launched vehicle comes with a 100cc engine that is much powererful than its predecessor, but at the same time, has retained its form and utilitarian design of the XL mopeds family. Today, where two-wheeler industry is totally captured by the motorcycles and scooters, TVS has emerged as a leader in the low capacity market of mopeds.

As with the TVS previous generations, This two-wheeler is designed to target the rural customers, who need toughness and heavy duty utility for loading of goods. The XL 100 moped is a great option for these customers at an affordable price. It has been built keeping in mind the requirements of the rural market, where a two wheeler has to be rough and tough so that it can be used on a daily basis. This model is a perfect blend of ruggedness and usability that too at a reasonable price.

This TVS offering is available in five shades of Red, Green, Black, Blue and Grey across all company dealerships. TVS XL 100 is offered only for the market of Uttar Pradesh. As of now, there isn't any information regarding its launch in the rest of the country.
