TVS, RE and Hero Enrolled Maximum Sales in March 2016

The month of March this fiscal year has proven to be a healthy month for the two-wheeler makers as some of the Indian giants have succeeded to sale out maximum products last month. Here we are discussing about the sales reports of three prominent manufacturers namely- TVS Motors, Royal Enfield and Hero MotoCorp who have enrolled maximum sales in March 2016.

The TVS Motors has registered a 13 percent growth in sales in the previous month as compared to the past fiscal year. The firm has sold over 2 lakh products last year. The Star City Plus and the TVS Zest were the ones that enhanced up the sales figures of the company to the most.

Scrutinizing the sales graph of Royal Enfield, the Indian cruiser-bike maker had sold 33,678 units in March 2015. The recorded sales this year is 51,320 units, witnessing the highest 52 percent hike as compared to last year.

Commenting on the March sales reports, Mr. Rudratej Singh, the president of Royal Enfield said, “Reaching sales of over fifty thousand motorcycles in a single month is a significant milestone for Royal Enfield. We approximately manufactured a similar number of motorcycles in 2010 that goes on to show our focus and hard work that we have put in all these years. Royal Enfield also has been expanding its production commensurately to meet its customer’s expectations to own and ride our motorcycles at the soonest. Royal Enfield’s simple yet evocative motorcycles have been aspirational yet accessible that provides a pure motorcycling experience to our customers. This experience has created strong demand for our motorcycles that continues to grow our order books.”

On the other hand, the largest domestic auto giant, Hero Motocorp has got 14 percent enhancement in the sales. Reports stated that the firm retailed 6,06,542 motorcycles in the gone month. While the previous years' March sales were of 5,31,750 units.
