Every other automobile maker is getting pretty much busy now-a-days. As, the two-wheeler manufacturing companies are in a row of introducing new vehicles and would also like to stay in the competition of two-wheeler segment. Earlier, the company has showcased the line-up models which will be going to launch in fiscal 2014. One of those line-up models is the brand new Scooty Zest.
TVS has showcased the latest upcoming scooter for the first time at Delhi Auto Expo, 2014, which was being held in the month of February. And, now the manufacturer has scheduled the launch of its latest product in the next coming 30 days and the later ones will be following ahead of the festive season. 20th August, 2014, is the day when the company will be pulling off the curtains for Scooty Zest.
This 110cc scooter had already created a zest among the female riders when it was first showcased by the company. The scooter will be sharing some features of the existing model, but along with that it has also received a new outfit like LED equipped headlight, blinkers and taillights. It is blessed with a 4-stroke, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine, which is capable to give an engine displacement of 109.7cc. The engine is coupled with a CVT-i transmission and is also capable to achieve around 8BHP of total power.
In terms of styling, the scooter is updated with a newly introduced shade of blue color, adding more excitement to the admirers. The seats are broader and a new instrument cluster has been added along with black-lit speedometer. The company claimed mileage is 62KMPL with an under seat fuel storage capacity of 19 litres. The expected cost of the upcoming scooter will be around Rs 47,000 (Ex-Showroom). Let's see how much zest will it able to create after coming over the Indian roads?
