Will the Big Boyz from Yamaha FZ series be coming to India on 30th June?

Yamaha, the World famous two-wheeler manufacturing company, is might be preparing to introduce its big boyz in India by the end of the June, 2014. According to a revealed report, Yamaha Motor India has sent out invitations for the event which will be going to held on 30th June, 2014. It is believed that the FZ-Series from Yamaha will get launched at the event. The invitations sent out by Yamaha clearly mentions that, "Yamaha Motors India Sales gears up to unveil a new chapter". The new chapter mentioned by Yamaha is likely to be the launching event of Yamaha FZ-Series 2015.

The Yamaha FZ-Series has two variants: FZ and FZ-S. It is also believed that the engine of FZ-Series will get some new form of fuel injection technology, which intends to enhance the power and fuel efficiency of the bike. The upcoming version will be able to squeeze out more power of 14BHP and a maximum torque of 13.6Nm. The engine will be coupled with a 5-speed transmission box. The previous version gives an engine displacement of 153cc with an air-cooled, single-cylinder engine.

Now, if we'll talk about the cosmetic upgrades, the upcoming versions of FZ will surely get major changes in the model, which includes a new split seat, extension of the fuel tank, grab rails, side panels, front visor and headlamps as well. The front digital display will remain same, but this it is coming with a single big screen. Those things, the new version will be sharing from its big brother are its Alloy wheels, front disc and rear drum brakes, rear mono cross suspension and front telescopic forks.

The event of 30th June will be going to held in JW Mariott, Aerocity, New Delhi. The new upcoming Series from Yamaha will definitely give tough competition to other 150 segment bikes. Now, we'll wait and watch, what's new Yamaha is bringing up along with the latest models of FZ-Series.
