Yamaha unloaded FZ-07 in the United States

In the month of June, Yamaha unwrapped a new member in the family of FZ Series, the FZ-07. After having a look at this bike, the roadies are pretty much excited to get their hands on this bike. Now, your excitement for this bike will get double, because I will be going to tell you more exciting news.

The company has launched the 2015 Yamaha FZ-07 in the United States market. Being a naked version bike from the FZ Series, this is a perfect bike for the rookie riders. As, Yamaha has promised to introduce a light weighted bike, so here comes the light weight bike along with the sporty looks and features as well.

The FZ-07 is equipped with a 698cc liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine along with a unique Crossplane Concept 270 degree crankshaft. The engine is coupled with 6-speed gearbox and is capable to generate 74 BHP of power and a maximum torque of 67.7Nm. The Chassis of the sports bike is featuring a lightweight, diamond-type and framed up with high tensile steel. The FZ-07 is blessed with distinctive features like the faux carbon accents, a new shaped fuel tank along with its narrow seat, which gives its rider a comfortable riding mode. The sitting posture of this bike has been designed in such a manner to make the long drives more enjoyable.

The braking system of the bike has been taken care by the dual floating disc brake at the front and single disc brake at the rear along with the 10-spoke alloy wheels.. The main and most aggressive attraction of FZ-07 is the headlamp, which is positioned below the blinkers of the bike. If we'll talk about the overall design of the bike, it is fully naked bike carrying macho looks with it.

Now, here comes the pricing section. The naked sports bike is available with a price tag of 6,990 USD (Rs 4.2 Lakh) along with lots of customization options. The FZ-07 will be coming in three different paint schemes, i.e. Liquid Graphite, Rapid Red and Pearl White.

Eventually, the first question which comes to our mind would be, when it will be coming to India? Well, we have to wait a little more for that, as the company hasn't revealed any clue about making its track towards India.
