Asus unveiled VivoBook with 4K display and 8GB RAM

Asus has unveiled its new VivoBook laptop to feature high specs within the budget range. Asus has been up to the high functionality launches with its laptops. It has therefore launched, VivoBook with 4K resolution display with UHD IPS running latest Windows 10 OS.

It has a 15.6-inch screen pursuing 16:9 ratio of IPS display with 3840*2160 pixels resolution. The screen has a pixel density of 282ppi. The viewing angle sports wide 178° angular fit that is needed with the laptop for smoother approach.        

It has an Intel Core i7 5500U processor that is backed up with NVIDIA GeForce 940M graphics. Under the hoods, it has 8GB RAM with expandability criteria to expand 12GB via slots. It will come in various storage options like 500GB HDD, 1TB HDD, 1.5TB HDD and 2TB HDD, additionally sported with storage options like 128GB and 256GB SSD.

Talking about the screen and display features, it has the capability to correct color temperature and optimizes visual settings. The screen has three visual modes to sport. The first mode being the vivid for movies and photos, second being normal for daily productivity and third is the manual mode which allows for full user control.

Asus VivoBook has a metal construction that is premium brushed surface. It is available in Gold, Grey, Black and Navy Blue color variants. The laptop has an Eye Care technology to reduce blue-light levels by 33 percent for a more comfortable viewing experience. The mode can be activated via an app.
