Few weeks back at IFA 2014, HP had brought 3 hybrid laptops for market with detachable keyboards. Now, the Company has plans to launch a hybrid All-in-One (AIO) PC which is a tablet, called HP Slate 17. However, the tablet has not been announced by Company yet, but you can see the product at Peru website of HP. No price tag has mentioned over there.
HP Slate 17 AIO is listed with model number J5U19AA which shows the Android 4.4.2 KitKat support for the device. Featuring a 17-inch full-HD display, this gadget has the ability to work as tablet, desktop monitor, or an AIO as per the report of Liliputing.
It takes the power from 1.5GHz dual-core Intel Celeron N2807 processor which boosts the performance with fast speed. To great graphics result, it has Intel HD graphics (base clock 313MHz, Burst frequency 750MHz. A 2GB of DDR3L RAM is also crafted in device.
HP Slate 17 is also equipped with 720p webcam to meet with the video calling purpose of users. On the connectivity front, it comes with USB2.0, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and HDMI port. It also uses Beats-powered sound technology to make the audio quality cool. The AIO is designed with the capability of go for 5 hours in a single charge. It is weighed 2.46kgs and 418x15x283mm in dimension.
Earlier in IFA 2014, HP has rolled out HP Envy x2 devices, 11-inch Chromebook and 2-in-1 HP Pavilion x2 tablet. HP Envy x2 devices were launched with two variants, both have new Intel Core M processors to make them fast performer devices.
