After the recent launch of Honor 6X smartphone, the company without any delay has now announced its new Honor Pad 2 Tablet and Honor S1 Smartwatch. The company had unveiled both of these products at the launch event of Honor 6X. The Honor Pad 2 will be available in three variants, the 16GB Wi-Fi only variant priced at CNY 999 (Rs 9,900 approx), the 32GB Wi-Fi only variant priced at CNY 1,299 (Rs 12,900 approx) and the priced at CNY 1,499 (Rs 14,800 approx). Talking about the smartwatch, it also will come in Orange, Black and Blue variants priced at CNY 699 (Rs 6,900 approx).
As per further specifications, Honor Pad 2 features an 8-inch full-HD IPS display of resolution 1200X1920 pixels. It is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 616 processor along with 3GB of RAM. As per optical part of the handset is concerned, it packs an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front shooter is also provided by the company for shooting selfies
Huawei Honor Pad 2 runs Android 6.0 and includes 4G-LTE, GPS, Wi-Fi b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.1 as connectivity options. The device then holds a massive 4800mAh battery, which is expected to keep your tablet awake whole day long. It will be available in White and Gold colour variants.
Talking about the Honor Watch S1, the smartwatch comes with a ravishing design language and is capable of monitoring your health by using an inbuilt heart rate sensor. The watch is water resistant up to 50 meters and will be available with interchangeable straps. The company also claims that the battery of the smartwatch will cover 60 days of time period in a single charge.
Both of the recently launched smart gadgets will be available for pre-order from October 19 and will hit the markets by October 25. The company has not stated any word upon the availability of these devices in other countries yet.
