Whats That? A Pen-Drive? No!! Its iBall New PC-On-Stick : Splendo

It was not long ago when the first computer was invented. We all know that what a massive machine it used to be, but today with new iBall Splendo, one can carry his personal computer in his pockets.

Machine, which used to be as big as a house, was now sitting on our desk became our "DESKTOP", further we reduced the size even more and we were able to carry it along with us and came to be known as "LAPTOP" and now is the time to carry your computer in your pockets, with new iBall PC- ON-STICK named iBall Splendo.

iBall being partnered with Microsoft has announce to launch one of its kind fully functional PC-ON-STICK, which can be connected to any TV and can convert it into a computer on Thursday and price of this pocket PC has been set to Rs 8999. If we talk about the specification of Splendo, it is powered by Intel Atom Quad-core processor, runs Windows 8.1 and has a 2GB RAM with 32GB in-built memory. The stick also comes with a set of a mouse and a keyboard. User can connect the device to his TV and convert it into his "Personal Computer".

According to Vinit Durani, Director of Windows Business Group, Microsoft India, "iBall Splendo is for tech enthusiasts who love gadgets, have access to multiple TVs at home, love the Smart TV experience and use Windows for browsing, social networking and multimedia consumption."

This innovative step taken by Microsoft and iBall is to replace laptops and provide user the facility of creating his workstation any where. Sandeep Parasrampuria, Director of iBall says, "the Splendo delivers the performance, cost and size that users' need while efficiently meeting their computing needs anywhere and at any time."

The new PC-On-Stick iBall Splendo shall be launched in July through out the country. So it would be precisely correct if someone says "I carry my computer in my pocket". Also, it can be rightfully said that India is growing in terms of technology.
