Jaipur Metro Train Ready for its First Trial

A quarter past five in the evening was the time when Metro Train of Pink City took the ramp from Mansarovar. Present officials and people welcomed the moment with huge round of applause. Official wished and prayed for its successful trial at Mansarovar Depot, Ramp and Station.

After 6PM when Metro started from Mansarovar Station to Shyam Nagar, people gathered in high number and there was huge crowd on the roofs of the buildings and houses. People were highly excited by seeing their dream come true. They were clicking photographs of the Metro in their mobiles and cameras which was running on the elevated corridor. Children, adults, ladies, youngsters and senior citizens all were looking to the trial of the train.

Citizens of Jaipur were waiting for the train to run on the elevated corridor since November 2010, when the project was started. The first trial will start from September 18. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot will inaugurate the trial run. One train was ramped on Mansarovar Station for the trial.

Officials of DMRC welcomed the occasion by breaking a coconut and after that other workers worshipped for the further process. The first phase of Jaipur Metro is almost completed and employees of JMRC and DMRC are hoping for its successful test so that Jaipur will soon travel in its Metro.
