What would you say when you'll hear that stress is infectious. You may think what rubbish I'm talking. But it's true that the stress can affect any lively person and blow them into the stressful situation. Technische Universitat Dresden and Max Planck Institute for Cognitive has proved this in a survey and reported that any stressful person can make another person stressful who were observing the stressed person.

According to the report, the final conclusion stated that reconnoitering the person, who is in stressful situation makes your body to release stress hormone cortisol which develops stress situation in your own body also.

Empathic stress or you can call it compassionate stress will grow when two persons are partners or in relation. It often happens when your partner or closed one is in any tension or trouble which eventually makes you worried, likewise when stress grows high then it affects the mental state of the partner also.

When someone observes a stranger's video that is in stress, he may also suffer with a bad impact. In day today's busy life, everyone is in some kind of stress but the important thing is how does one handle the situation effectively. It may increase or lead many psychological problems like depression, burnout and anxiety. One of the study's authors Veronika Engert said, "The fact that we could actually measure this empathic stress in the form of a significant hormone release was astonishing."
