6. Make powder of Dried Ginger (Sonth), Black Pepper and Cinnamon (Dalchini) and divide it in two parts. Take one part in the morning and without taking anything else and another at night before going to bed.

7. Honey is a complex sugar that is really effective in losing your weight. Mix one table spoon of honey in lukewarm water and take it daily in the morning. You can also mix lime juice in the same mixture which is similarly effective.

8. Make a paste of mint leaves or tea of mint leaves is also very effective in tribal areas.

9. Carrot another very effective root in reducing your weight. Modern science also considers Carrot as a perfect remedy if you want to lose your weight.
