Samsung, South Korean smartphone manufacturer company quietly added the new 128GB variant of recently launched Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ at their official website. The new variant of Galaxy S9 duo smartphones has been introduced by the company just a couple of weeks after the launch of Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+. According to the reports, it is confirmed that the new variant of Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ duo smartphones have currently been introduced to the offline partners and it is anticipated retailing availability later this week.
So far it is not clear that when the new variants of Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ will be available for purchase online, though the new variants of Galaxy S9 duo are not listed at Flipkart or Amazon.
According to the sources, it is speculated that the new 128GB variant of Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ will be sold at a price of Rs 61,900 and 68,900 respectively. The aforementioned prices of new variants of Galaxy S9 duo look reasonable as it is positioned between the cost of 64GB and 256GB variants.
To recall, the Galaxy S9 64GB and 256GB variants have been launched by the company at a price tag of Rs 57,900 and Rs. 65,900, respectively. On another hand, Galaxy S9+ 64GB variant retailing in India at Rs. 64,900, whereas 256GB variant is available for purchase at Rs. 72,900.
Both, Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ is said to feature an Augmented Reality (AR) Emoji which looks similar to Apple Animoji, though Samsung has modified some changes in creating AR Animoji. Users can create an Augmented Reality version of himself/ herself by capturing a selfie and after then users will be able to share their real-life feelings in the form of emoji stickers and videos. The users can share these emojis stickers and videos through keyboard app to any of the apps instead of the receiver phones. Both of the smartphones comes with Bixby Vision in the camera app which offers live translation features such as scene and building recognition, and a calorie counter.
Galaxy S9 duo smartphones are powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset equivalent Exynos 9810 SoC in India. Both of the smartphones run on Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box and certified with water and dust resistance. From the connectivity options, the smartphone includes Gigabit LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11ac, USB Type-C, Bluetooth 5.0, and, yes, the 3.5mm headphone jack. Both the smartphones sport an identical 8-megapixel front-facing camera with an aperture of the f/1.7 sensor.

The major difference between Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ is its screen size and rear camera. The Samsung Galaxy S9 bears a 5.8-inch QHD+ Curved Super AMOLED display along with 18.5:9 aspect ratio, fueled by 3000mAh battery, 4GB of RAM SuperSpeed Dual Pixel 12-megapixel autofocus with an aperture of f/1.5 and f/2.4. The weight of the smartphone is 163 grams and its dimensions are 147.7x68.7x8.5mm
However, the Samsung Galaxy S9+ boasts a 6.2-inch QHD+ Curved Super AMOLED display along with 18.5:9 aspect ratio, fueled by a 3500mAh battery, 6GB of RAM. The Samsung Galaxy S9+ is equipped with a SuperSpeed Dual Pixel rear camera with dual 12-megapixel sensors. For the selfie snapper, the smartphone is said to feature an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. The weight of the smartphone is 189 grams and its dimensions are 158.1x73.8x8.5mm.
