Apple to Disclose The iOS 13, macOS 10.15 at WWDC 2019

The formal dates of the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2019 has not been disclosed by Apple yet. But now it has been speculated that the sponsor of the WWDC 2019 might be the Cupertino company which might be held between June 3 to June 7 at the McEnery Convention Centre in San Jose, California. If the dates are to be compared from the previous WWDC events, then in 2017 it was held between June 5 to June 9 while in 2018 it was held between June 4 to June 8 and the venue was same in both the years i.e. the McEnery Convention Centre. It is expected that Apple might disclose the iOS 13 and macOS 10.15 along with other announcements at WWDC 2019.

Expected dates of WWDC 2019

As per the rumors, the schedule of the WWDC 2019 and the venue has been listed in the 2019 events calendar of the City of San Jose Office of Cultural Affairs. Then after some time, the listing from the official website was removed but the reference for the event is clearly seen in its cached version which is named as “Team San Jose 2019 WWDC” and the organizer is “Apple”. This is same as of the 2018 WWDC calender of the Office of Cultural Affairs.

It is also expected that before disclosing the dates to the crowd, Apple might alter the dates. However, the company declares the date and venue of the WWDC in March. So we can surely say that the official announcement of the WWDC 2019 will be made by March.

Expected announcements of WWDC 2019

As mentioned above, Apple might launch its much-awaited iOS 13 and macOS 10.15 at this year’s WWDC. The next-gen iOS version might offer a system-wide dark mode same like the macOS 10.14 Mojave which offers a dark mode. The new iOS will be the upgraded version with a lot of improvements which will give new-experience to the iPad users. As per the reports, it is speculated that the new iOS 13 might feature some AirPower-specific.

Apple will also showcase watchOS 6 and tvOS 13 along with iOS 13 and macOS 10.15 at the WWDC 2019. At this event, Apple can also announce the developer-focussed initiatives for the video streaming service, which is likely to start in the event on March 25.
