The United States based corporation: BLU has expanded the array of Windows Phone 8.1-equipped smartphones by introducing its brand-new scion, called Win HD LTE. Interestingly, device is upgradeable to upcoming avant-garde operating system of Microsoft, Windows 10 whenever it would be available.
