Celkon has finally showed off the India's first cheapest smartphone which is coming with Android 4.4 KitKat platform support, dubbed as Campus A35K. The phone comes in the price tag of Rs. 2,999 only. The phone is available on Snapdeal to buy. However the phone is showing with the "Sold Out" tag on the eCommerce website.
Getting a very low cost smartphone with KitKat seems like that India is relishing in the shower of budget smartphone. And, the vogue has come in existence after the Motorola's first high-end device Moto E came with low-end price.
The dual SIM smartphone with dual standby support gets 3.5-inch display which is capable of offering HVGA resolution of 320x480 pixels. Device is embedded with 1GHz processor. There is no word on chipset. 256MB of RAM is a disappointing feature of the phone which may reduce the users' interest in the device.
