Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 Available For Purchase in India Via Flash Sale Asus, Taiwanese smartphone manufacturer launched the Zenfone Max Pro M1 in April this year in partnership with Flipkart to sell the smartphone exclusively in its platform.
The mid- range segment Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 is now available for purchase in the flash sale starting 5th July (today) at Flipkart for the first time in the Indian market. The users can purchase the Max Pro M1 exclusively at Flipkart in flash sale starting at 12PM IST and it is available in two storage variants: 3GB RAM+32GB inbuilt storage and 4GB RAM+64GB inbuilt storage.

The Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1 is priced at Rs 10,999 for base 3GB RAM + 32GB onboard storage variant, whereas 4GB RAM + 64GB onboard storage variant has been launched at a price of Rs. 12,999. It seems that the Taiwanese company could soon launch the top variant i.e., 6GB RAM and 128GB inbuilt storage most probably during this month in the Indian market which will be available at price of Rs 14,999.
Currently, it is available in two storage variants: 4GB RAM + 32GB storage variant and 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant. Asus, the Taiwan- based smartphone manufacturer company is also planning to launch the top- storage variant of Zenfone Max Pro M1 which is bundled with 6GB RAM and 128GB inbuilt storage which is expected to hit in the Indian stores during this month.
The mid-range segment ZenFone Max Pro M1 features a 5.99-inch full-HD+ IPS Full View display along with commonly found 18:9 aspect ratio and a screen resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels. In terms of software, it runs on top of the line Android 8.1 Oreo operating system and will receive Android P update. In terms of hardware, the smartphone has Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC integrated with an Adreno 509 GPU.

It supports dual-sim (Nano) and memory card to extend the storage capacity of the smartphone.
As far as camera specifications are concerned the Zenfone Max Pro M1 comes with dual rear cameras consisting of 16-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor offering soft-light LED flash. For selfies and video calling, the smartphone sport a 16-megapixel front- facing camera accompanied by an LED flash. Under the hood, it gets a 5,000mAh battery bundled with a 10W charger which charges the gadget quickly.
The Zenfone Max Pro M1 gets a 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n with Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 4.2 (with aptX), GPS/ A-GPS, BDS, GLONASS, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm headphone jack as connectivity options. Sensors on the Max Pro M1 include Face Unlock sensor, fingerprint sensor and among others. The dimensions are 159x76x8.61mm and weight is 180 grams.
The Taiwanese company is putting efforts to capture the share market of India, where it has been facing issues with several renowned smartphone manufacturer players namely Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo and so on. To counter this, the Taiwanese company has collaborated with the renowned e-commerce giant Flipkart to sell Asus upcoming smartphone on its platform. The partnership will also cover the primary sales and marketing for upcoming Asus Zenfone smartphones in India.
Addressing on the partnership conducted by Flipkart, CEO of Asus, Jerry Shen stated that the company perceived the enormous opportunity in establishing products and services which will help to address the need for Indian markets. “With Flipkart’s partnership, we aim to gain more insights about Indian consumers’ needs which can help us develop even more suitable products for the Indian market”.
