Google Pixel Gets Rs 10,000 Price Cut at Flipkart

Google Pixel, the company’s self branded handset is now available with a discount of Rs 10,000 at Flipkart. The offer is available for limited time period, and this brings down the rate of the handset to Rs 47,000. The leading e-commerce platform is also offering some additional exchange offers on the smartphone.

Under the discount offer, the user will be able to get the smartphone with a price cut of Rs 10,000 by using a Debit or Credit card on Flipkart. The offer will only available till January 31st 2017. Apart from this, the interested users can also take advantage of other offers by the leading digital platform, which includes an additional 5 percent off on using Axis Bank Buzz Credit card. Notably, Google Pixel XL will not allow such offers, and only Pixel smartphone will be available with this offer.

Moreover, Flipkart is also offering exchange offers of up to 23,000 (with additional Rs. 3,000 discount) apart from the above mentioned offers, which will brings the price of Pixel down to the ground. There’s only a single smartphone Apple iPhone 7 Plus, which is eligible to avail the complete discount of Rs 23,000. Rest of the handsets offers much smaller amount of discount as compared to Apple products.

Pixel smartphone is available on Flipkart at Rs 57,000 for 32GB variant and Rs 66,000 for 128GB model. This is not the first time that the handset is available with such a massive discount, Flipkart had also offered the device with a discount of up to 26,000 previously. Earlier, Snapdeal also provided cashback offers on the Pixel and Pixel XL handsets.

As a recall, the Google Pixel Android smartphone is blessed with an aluminium unibody design language along with polished glass combinations at the back. Powering the Dual-SIM handset is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor, which is coupled with 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM. It is also blessed with a 5-inch full HD Amoled display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection.

In terms of optics, the GSM handset packs a 12.3-megapixel rear camera along with an 8-megapixel front shooter for selfie enthusiasts. It also features a fingerprint sensor mounted at the rear side of it and runs Android 7.1 Nougat. Connectivity options on the board include a USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm audio jack. It is IP53 rated, which makes it water and dust resistant to an extent.
