Earlier a month ago, the Lenovo Vibe K5 will be available in its first blaze sale at 2pm IST on Wednesday via Amazon India. It is priced at Rs. 6,999, the smartphone will also be available with a launch day offer that complies the phone with a limited edition Golden VR Bundle (a Gold shading variant of the Vibe K5 and an ANT VR headset) priced at Rs. 6,699.
The Lenovo Vibe K5 will also be available in Silver and Gray color variants. Registrations for the primary deal started on June 13. Lenovo reported on Monday that it had gotten more than 400,000 enlistments for the sale.
In terms of specifications, the dual SIM based Vibe K5 was initially uncovered back at MWC 2016 alongside the Vibe K5 Plus. The Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus, however, made it to India in March at Rs. 8,499.

On the software front, it runs on Android 5.1 based Lollipop operating box. It is featuring a 5-inch HD display having a resolution of 720x1280 pixels and is fueled by a 1.2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 415 SoC processor that is combined with 2GB of RAM. The handset bears a 13-megapixel back camera with flashlight and a 5-megapixel front shooter for selfies.
The GSM-based smartphone has a 16GB of inbuilt storage that can be extended via means of microSD card up to 32GB. The Lenovo Vibe K5 keeps running on a 2750mAh removable battery. Dimensionally, it is measuring 142x71x8.2mm and weighs 150 grams.
For the connectivity, the Lenovo Vibe K5 incorporate Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, FM, 3G, 4G (with support for Indian LTE systems). It includes sensors like proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, accelerometer, and gyroscope.
