HTC Launched Desire 728 With 5.5-Inch Display At Rs.17,990

HTC, the smartphone manufacturing firm, just after the launch of Desire 828 Dual SIM and HTC One A9 in India last month, going to launch its Desire 728 Dual SIM smartphone in India. The smartphone will be available via major offline retailers at a price tag of Rs. 17,990.

Earlier, the HTC Desire 728 was unveiled in China in September. In terms of specifications, it is featuring 5.5-inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 720*1280 pixels. The device is operated on Android 5.1 Lollipop based operating system with HTC Sense on top. It is powered by a octa-core MediaTek MT6753 SoC clocked at 1.3GHz and clubs a 2GB of RAM. The device has the internal storage of 16GB which can be further expanded up to 2TB via microSD card slot expansion.

On the camera front, the dual SIM based smartphone is loaded with 13 megapixel of camera at the rear end with autofocus and LED flash light while 5 megapixel selfie camera on the board. It is also featuring a Motion G Sensor, Compass sensor, Proximity Sensor and Ambient Light Sensor.

For the connectivity, the HTC Desire 728 includes 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n (2.4 GHz), 5 mm stereo audio jack and Micro-USB 2.0 (5-pin) port. It is backed by a 2800mAh battery, which is said to offer a talk time of up to 26 hours on 2G, up to 21 hours on 2G, standby time of up to 496 hors on 2G and up to 485 hours on 3G.
