Evan Blass, who is a famous tipster has unveiled the images of Huawei Y series smartphones through its Twitter account. It seems that the Chinese smartphone manufacturer company is working on 2018 edition of Huawei Y series smartphones, dubbed as Huawei Y3, Y5 Prime, and Y6 smartphones. It is worth noting that the company had already launched the Y6 (2018) earlier this month and the remaining two smartphones Y3 (2018) and Y5 (2018) are about to launch imminently.
Previously this year, Y3 (2018) has been listed on FCC and Geekbench Website. Earlier this month, Evan Blass has shared the render images of Y3 and Y5 via its Twitter account. Recently, the Y5 Prime 2018 has appeared on 3C website, called Compulsory Certification of China which indicates that the company will officially unveil Y3 and Y5 Prime 2018 as soon as possible.

However, the 3C website does not disclose the detailed specifications regarding two smartphones, as we know that how smartphone might look like on the basis of previous leaks shared by Evan Blass. According to the previous leaks, it is anticipated that both Huawei Y3 (2018), as well as Huawei Y5 Prime (2018), will feature a plastic unibody design. The Y3 2018 will feature a traditional 16:9 aspect ratio display and the front-facing camera surrounded by LED flash and loudspeaker. It might be available in gold color options which give the impressive look to Y3 due to thinner edges and rounded corners. Now moving to the Y5 Prime 2018, it is speculated that the smartphone will come with advanced 18:9 aspect ratio display. The smartphone is likely to come with a single rear camera along with LED flash which is positioned on the top left corner. The volume and power key buttons are placed on the right-hand side of the smartphone on both Y3 and Y5 Prime. We are anticipating that Y3 and Y5 Prime 2018 edition smartphones will come with face unlock feature as there is no fingerprint scanner on both them.
Huawei Y6 (2018) flaunts a 5.7-inch display along with advanced 18:9 aspect ratio display and having a resolution of 1,440 x 720 pixels. It is powered by an outdated octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 SoC, paired with 2Gb of RAM and 16GB internal storage. The Y6 packs a 13-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. It is fueled by a 3,000mAh battery and runs on Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box. The smartphone is equipped with a face-unlock feature instead of the fingerprint sensor. It is available in three color options: Black, Blue, and Gold.
