ICICI has made it possible by introducing a banking app. The bank did lots of hard work and planning, and finally come out with a new app, dubbed iMobile which is available for Windows Phones and can be found on Windows Phone Store to download. The app is compatible with Windows Phone 8 based devices.
Executive Director of ICICI Bank, Rajiv Sabharwal said, "With this new app on Windows, our mobile banking application is now available on all major platforms including iOS, Android and Blackberry. It also introduces the next level of customer convenience by offering one touch access to important services on the dashboard of the app itself."
The app has the ability to recharge your DTH subscription and mobile subscription. This could be done by simply selecting the past recharge to avoid reentering the details again. It can save your precious time and you can call it a time-saving app also. Another feature is available in the iMobile App is the functionality of calling customer care from the app.
iMobile lets you to pay bills, transfer funds and view information about your accounts. You can get the details of savings account, current account, credit cards, loans, fixed and recurring deposits, demat and Public Provident Fund (PPF) account. The app is today's requirement because Mobile Banking is the fastest growing channels in the country and people need to make transaction through digital channels as Executive Director of ICICI Bank claimed.
