Lava has launched a series of smartphones over the year. It is now also reported to launch a new handset in its Iris series as Iris X10, but there is no official announcement made yet. The device is not even available to buy but has been listed on the e-commerce site for the commencement. It has been listed at a price rate of Rs. 10,990 with its specification list ready.
It is reported to feature 5-inch HD IPS display with 720*1280 pixels resolution carrying a pixel density of 293ppi. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor which is coupled with 3GB RAM. Under the hoods, it has an on-board storage of 16 GB which is expandable to 32 GB via microSD card. The smartphone is really appreciable to feature such specs in a mediocre price range.
On the snapper’s front, the dual-SIM (Micro SIM cards) device hitches 13MP rear camera with dual LED flash, while 5Mp is integrated on its front. The connectivity options to explore include 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Micro-USB, GPS and a 3.5mm audio jack. It packs 2900mAh battery and weights 105grams. It is further rated to deliver up to 15.3 hours of talk time and up to 849.2 hours of standby time. The e-commerce site which has made it to mark is Homeshop 18. It is available in White color variant only. The specifications can be slightly pinched off by the manufacturer as it is a third party announcement.
Earlier this month, Lava unveiled Atom 2X at Rs. 4,499 to feature 4.5-inch FWVGA display. It is powered up by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB RAM. It packs 2000mAh battery and sports 5MP rear and 0.3MP front shooter. The device is a pack full of power under the sub-Rs. 5000 range.
