Lenovo Teased a Countdown Clock For Moto G5, Moto G5 Plus Launch

Lenovo, the Chinese smartphone manufacturing firm has taken its next move for its Moto G5 and G5 Plus launch ahead of MWC (Mobile World Congress) 2017, which is going to be held in Barcelona later this month. The company’s official Germany website is showing a countdown clock, which shows 20 days and some hours to go. The timings in the clock point straight to the company’s February 26 event just ahead of MWC.

The website also shows a golden octopus, which does not hint what it’s meant to signify. Notably, the iconic Moto logo has also been placed weaved into the legs of that octopus. The countdown is supposed to be the launching countdown of company’s upcoming Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus, as there are many rumors stating launching of these smartphone later in this month.

According to some previous leaks, the upcoming Moto G5 Android smartphone is likely to come with a 5-inch full-HD display of resolution 1080 X 1920 pixels along with 13-megapixel of rear camera and 5-megapixel of the front shooter. It is said to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor coupled with 2GB of RAM. Moreover, it is supposed to be powered by a 2800mAh battery and may also introduce a basic 16GB variant.

Coming next to the Moto G5 Plus, the Dual-SIM smartphone may be blessed with a 5.5-inch full-HD display with a pixel density of 403 ppi. It is also supposed to be powered by a Snapdragon 625 processor coupled with 4GB RAM and 32GB inbuilt storage. The handset is expected to run Android 7.0 Nougat. In term on optics it is believed to pack a 12-megapixel rear camera along with a 5-megapixel front shooter.
