An Indian Consumer Electronics Company has recently re-introduced its lately launched smartphone in the Indian market. Micromax Canvas A1 has again made its booming appearance in the list of budget smartphone. Officially announced in the month of September, 2014, the firm has silently introduced the updated version of the Canvas A1. In the updated version, the manufacturer has enhanced the data bank offered along with the device. Now, the new Micromax Canvas A1 is available with an internal storage space of 8GB, which is double the original version launched last year.
Technically, another feather added in the hat of the Micromax Canvas A1 is that it will be running on the newly introduced Android 5.1 Lollipop. Apart from the latest version of the Operating System, the upgraded version of the Micromax Canvas A1 is pretty much identical to the A1 AQ4502. It features a 4.5 inch IPS capacitive touch screen with a screen resolution of 480*854 pixels. It gets its power from a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor along with 1GB RAM. The 8GB of internal memory storage is already there to serve you in a better manner and can be expandable up to 32 GB with utilizing a microSD card slot.
From the connectivity front, the Micromax Canvas A1 is equipped with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPRS/EDGE, GPS and 3G. Powered with a 1700mAh battery, it gives you 5MP rear snapper and 2MP front camera for selfie purpose. The Micromax hasn’t revealed the price tag of the updated version of the Canvas A1. However, the old model is still available over the e-commerce websites, such as Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, etc.
