Motorola had pilot tested the door to door service support and now made it available for Delhi/NCR people. However, the company will charge Rs. 199 for this. On every charge, company will offer one service which could be for hardware, software or both and can be applicable from 1 hour to 5 days.

To get the benefit of this Moto Xpress, customers are required to dial thes Service booking number “011-41717124” and then company will send some person at your location to solve the issue with your phone. Well, we cannot rely fully on this service as its a new service and how much it could be effective is hard to find.

Well, we can just hope that bringing such door-to-door customer support service, Motorola has given a new direction to after-sale service in India.
