Microsoft has expanded its line of feature phones with the addition of Nokia 230 and Nokia 230 dual. The Phone will be available to purchase around the world with starting December in India, Asia and the Middle East via the company’s official store at a price tag of Rs.3,869.

Unfortunately, there is still no words for the availability of Nokia 230 single SIM featured phone. At the global launch, Microsoft had touted the Nokia 230 and Nokia 230 Dual SIM as “premium quality Internet enabled feature phones”. The biggest USP (Unique Selling Point) of the Nokia 230 Dual SIM is that it sports a 2 megapixel front and rear cameras. Both the cameras are enabled with the LED flash modules. Another highlighting feature of the handset is that it is featuring sandblasted aluminum cover.

Both the featured phones have the accessibility of Opera Store which allows you to download one free GameLoft game every month for a year. This is not stated clearly whether the offer is applicable for Indian users as well.

The duo smartphone is featuring the same sets of specifications except that the Nokia 230 Dual SIM supports dual SIM functionality. Both the handsets support Micro-SIM cards, and both run Nokia Series 30+ OS. The Nokia 230 Dual is featuring a 2.8-inch QVGA LCD display with a resolution pixel of 240*320 pixels. It has some preloaded apps like Bing Search, Opera Mini browser and MSN Weather. For the connectivity it includes GPRS/ EDGE, Bluetooth v3.0, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
