Oppo A5s belongs to the family of Oppo A5 which was launched back in July last year. As the name also suggests, A5s is a slightly upgraded variant of Oppo A5. The Oppo A5s has got silently launched by the Oppo Company. This is an affordable, soft to the pocket smartphone as being offered by the Company. Dubbed as the Oppo A5s, the smartphone has been made official in Taiwan.
There are some basic differences between the two, i.e, Oppo A5 and Oppo A5s and the major difference is the notch at the top. The A5 from Oppo inherits a traditional wide notch, the A5s has been offered with a waterdrop notch. This information has been fetched through the Helpix.ru.
Further the difference is regarding the chipset under the hood unlike the Oppo A5 which comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 450, the new Oppo A5s is powered by a MediaTek Helio P35 chipset.
The specification features consists of a 6.2-inch IPS LCD panel with HD+ (1520×720 pixels) resolution. For the storage capacity, the new MediaTek chipset under the hood comes with 3GB of RAM having internal storage of 64 GB which could be further expanded using the microSD card.

There is a Dual camera set up at the back consisting of 13-megapixel and 2-megapixel sensors. Further facilitating the selfies and video calling, the Oppo A5s consists of an 8-megapixel sensor embedded into the waterdrop notch.
The battery in this handset is powerful and offers a power of 4,230mAh but the fast charging facility is absent here.
Talking about the software, the smartphone runs Android Oreo-based ColorOS 5.2. The connectivity option consists of 4G LTE support, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and GPS. Clarity has not been gained regarding a fingerprint sensor onboard.
The price for this handset has not been revealed yet. As speculations could be made regarding the pricing bases the price tag of the Oppo A5 which was priced at Rs 14,990 which came in two colour options, viz, the mirror blue and mirror pink colours.
