For the mobile geeks present across the country, Realme has announced the arrival of its new series Realme X in the markets in India. “Realme is the proud achiever of 900,000 active users in the country”, revealed by the Realme India CEO Madhav Seth in the Launch event in New Delhi.
In terms of features, Realme X is racing ahead to Redmi Note 7 Pro, Samsung Galaxy M40, Vivo Z1 Pro and the upcoming Redmi K20 smartphone.
The handset is loaded with pop up selfie camera module, in-display fingerprint sensor, Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC and 19.5:9 display panel, features hard to find in other smartphones of similar range. It comes in a special spider man- far from home edition.
Breaking market stereotypes, Realme has begun 360-degree Real Service doorsteps repairing options for metropolitan cities, namely, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, and Hyderabad. The company is claimed to offer doorstep repairs within flat 30 minutes.
Date - Realme X will go on air in the markets on July 24 at 12 noon. Apart from that, there will be a “Hate To Wait” sale at 8 PM on 18 July under the company’s management. You can purchase Realme X online via Flipkart and Realme webstore starting July 24. The smartphone will soon be available with the offline retail shops.
Price - This attractive handset offering 4GB RAM and 128 GB storage from Realme can be yours is just Rs. 16,999. The other 8GB RAM + 128GB variant has been locked for Rs. Rs. 19,999.
Launch Offers - The in-house buyers will get free “Paytm First” membership (worth Rs. 750) on buying Realme X via Realme online store. Customers using SBI credit card for purchasing Realme from Flipkart will receive a 10% discount immediately.
Before it’s debut in India, Realme X was released in China in May. Starting price of the handset was CNY 1,499 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB setup.

Realme X also comes with the Spider-Man: Far From Home edition at just Rs. 20,999 and will offer the configuration of 8GB RAM + 128GB internal storage. The company is also coming up with the Naoto Fukasawa collection with Garlic and Onion finishes offering 8GB RAM + 128GB internal storage at just Rs. 19,999.
To be noted: Both the collections will be available for purchase in the market from early August.
Display and Processor: The phone runs on Android 9 Pie with colorOS 6.0 on the top and is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 Soc. The handset further flaunts a 6.53-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. There is also an in-display fingerprint scanner.
Realme X is available in two colour variants namely, Polar White and Space Blue which looks classy in hand.
Camera: Realme X comes with a dual rear camera setup that comprises of 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 primary shooter and 5-megapixel secondary shooter. Coming up is a pop-up module there is a 16-megapixel Sony IMX471 selfie shooter.
Realme X offers Chroma Boost mode and five re-designed portrait modes based on the AI algorithms. On the other hand, the selfie camera comes with an AI-powered smart beauty mode which is entitled to auto recognize age, skin texture, colour, gender and modify the beauty click.
Realme X cameras are loaded with other beauty features like the slim jawline, small face, big eyes, slim nose and lot more.
Storage and Battery: The handset has a great storage capacity. In terms of storage, it has two variants one has 4GB + 128 GB and the other has 8GB + 128 GB storage setup. In the core, it seals a 3,765mAh battery backup and supports fast charging.
Connectivity: The phone has dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C port. It works with Dolby Atmos surround sound technology determined to give you a cinema feel while watching a movie.
Realme X is clearly a competitor for its other counterparts available or launching in the market. It is capable of taking away all the eyes because of its super attractive looks, adorable features, and smooth functionality.
