Breaking News..!! Samsung has announced that the company is not in the mood to discontinue its flagship Note series, and will introduce a new and improved Note 8 later this year. The news has been confirmed by the company’s mobile chief DJ Koh, who cleared up all of the rumors about the death of Note series by giving this news.
DJ Koh reported CNET that the Note series has many loyalists, and the company is planning to launch its new Note 8 flagship model later this year. Koh said, “I will bring back a better, safer and very innovative Note 8.”
Looking at the dropped down reputation of the Note series, we must admit that the company has taken a bold move of launching Note 8. Samsung faced a really very bad time last year, it had to apologize to customers, to lose billions of dollars in profit and had to make a historic worldwide recall of its Note 7 units. There were rumors that the company is now dropping off its Note series, but now we can see that it's not gonna happen.
Koh has very strong feeling that Note series is very famous among people and they will surely give the South Korean manufacturers one more chance on it. Koh said, “We found through the investigative process, we knew there are lots and lots of loyal Note customers.”
Apart from Note 8, the company is currently busy for its Galaxy S8 launch, which is going to be unveiled sometime in mid-April. The new S8 is tipped to lack home button and support a pressure sensitive large dual edged display, a dual camera setup at the back, and a dedicated hardware button for its new AI assistant Bixby.
