The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S8 has been in the news for past few months with its all sorts of rumours and images flooding the internet. In the latest turn of events, a series of new leaked images have surfaced online, revealing various specifications and design of the handset. The leak images show that the flagship Samsung Mobile will have a curved infinity display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chip, 64GB of expandable internal storage along with 8GB of RAM. Purportedly leaked images of the handset proved more promising, though, and there has been a dearth of them running out and about. Thankfully, there are newer ones, and despite the typical cautionary tag that comes with rumors, this new series of leaked images are seemingly legitimate.
The latest images have been leaked by Slash Leaks, which showcases all-angle images of Galaxy S8, potentially revealing the look of the handset. The first leaked image shows the infinity display, along with the virtual navigation buttons for 'Home'. The leaked images also suggest that Samsung has placed the fingerprint scanner on the back panel, enabling higher screen-to-body ratio.

Similar to the previous leaks the latest leak also suggests that the mobile sensors will be placed on the back panel. Several more details that can be gleaned from the images are the presence of a headphone jack, thankfully; possibly a USB-C Type-C port on the bottom, which isn't unusual; a SIM card or microSD slot at the top, and front and rear cameras. The images also labeled which one was the Galaxy S8 and which one was the Galaxy S8 Plus, although there isn't a world of differences; just mostly the screen size.
As the official unveiling is not very far, the above mentioned and all previous rumors, should not be taken very seriously. Samsung is poised to unveil the elusive handset on March 29, during Samsung's Unpacked event. There, the company will finally help consumers wrap their heads around its charmingly vague "This was a phone," teaser, although, by the looks of it, Samsung might be banking on changing the course of smartphone development to make nearly bezel-less screens a permanent thing going forward. Only time will tell on this!!
