Samsung, South- Korean giant has added two new tablets in its product line, dubbed as Galaxy Tab S5e and Galaxy Tab A 10.1. The Galaxy Tab S5e is one of the thinnest tablets in Samsung product line- up that has a 5.5mm bezels, metallic body finish design and thin bezels that reminding us the latest iPad Pro. On the other hand, Galaxy Tab S5e features an AMOLED display panel as well as supports DeX mode which hit in the markets in the second quarter of 2019. However, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 have been launched particularly in the German market right now and there is no word when it would hit in international markets.
The thinnest Galaxy Tab S5e is made available in two storage configuration: 4GB RAM + 64GB of internal storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB of internal storage. The latest offering from Samsung will be available in both Wi-Fi as well as LTE variant. The Wi-Fi variant will be unveiled in the second quarter of 2019, while the LTE variant will be available in the forthcoming months.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S5 comes with a starting price of $399.99 (approximately Rs. 28,500) only for Wi-Fi-variant, however, the price of the LTE variant is yet to be revealed in the US market. Although, Samsung Germany\'s website reveals that Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e LTE version will be priced at a starting price of EUR 479 (roughly Rs. 38,600). The tablet will be available for purchase at Samsung official website and major retailers in the country.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e boasts a 10.5-inch WQXGA Super AMOLED display that has thinner bezels, 2560x1600 pixels resolution, 16:10 aspect ratio, and 81.8 percent screen-to-body ratio. Under the hood, the tablet is powered by the Snapdragon 670 chipset coupled with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage that can be further extended up to 512GB by using a microSD card.
In terms of optics, the new offering of Samsung gets a single 13-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel selfie snapper. The Galaxy Tab S5e is equipped with a Dolby Atmos technology along with four speakers for good sound system. The device gets an AKG tuned hardwares along with a USB Type-C (Gen 3.1) port and keyboard compatible pogo connector.
The tablet runs on Android 9 Pie Operating System. The other attractions of the new Samsung offering include Bixby 2.0 support, DeX mode, Quick Command, & the messaging feature for the communication on tablet. The Samsung tablet is armed with a 7,040 mAh battery along with fast- charging capabilities.
The dimensions of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e are 245.0 x 160.0 x 5.5mm and weight is 400 grams. It will be available in three color options: Black, Gold and silver

Alongside Galaxy Tab S5e, Samsung has also launched the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 tablet that features a metallic finish design. The quite interesting part is that offering from Samsung is available at an economical price tag. Likewise, Galaxy Tab S5e, the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 will be made available in both Wi-Fi-only and LTE variant. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 is priced at EUR 210 (approximately Rs 17,000) which is for the Wi-Fi-only variant while the LTE variant costs EUR 270 (approximately Rs 22,000). It will be available for purchase from April 5, 2019, only in Germany.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 features a 10.1-inch screen display that offers the screen resolution of 1920x1200 pixels and 16:10 aspect ratio. Inside, there is an Exynos 7904 chipset coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. It comes with the support of microSD card wherein the users can extend the data up to 400GB. The tablet gets an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. It is armed with a 6,150mAh battery. The tablet gets dual speakers with the support of Dolby Atmos technology for a good sound system. Furthermore, the users can connect the external keyboard by using the pogo connector.
