Vivo, the Chinese manufacturing unit has launched its new 4G enabled smartphone, the Y31L in India. The new Y31L smartphone is an Indian specific model of Vivo Y31A that was recently launched in China. The handset will be available to purchase in Black and White color variants at a price chit of Rs. 9,450.

As for the specifications, the dual SIM enabled smartphone features a 4.7-inch qHD IPS display having a resolution of 540*960 pixels. The device runs FunTouch OS 2.1 based on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system out of the box. It is powered by a 1.2GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor, coupled with 1GB RAM and Adreno 306GPU.
The handset houses an 16GB of inbuilt storage, that can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card slot expansion. On the photography section, it bears an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and LED flash. On the other hand, it sports an 5-megapixel selfie camera at the front panel on the board. The camera can record and playback videos in full HD resolution.

For the connectivity, the GSM based Vivo Y31L4G, 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, FM radio, and Micro-USB. Dimensionally, the device is measuring 137.2x68.7x8.3mm and weighs 133 grams. It is backed by a 2200mAh battery. The smartphone supports accelerometer, proximitty sensor and light sensor.
