Vivo is all set to launch a new smartphone which is dubbed as Vivo Y17. this can be said because the retail box and specifications of the smartphone have been leaked online. As per the leaked specification, the forthcoming smartphone is expected to come with a 5,000mAh battery, AI triple camera setup, and an octa-core processor.
While the leaked retail box indicates that the upcoming smartphone will come with a dewdrop-style notch and at the back, the triple camera is placed vertically. The Vivo Y17 smartphone is speculated to run on latest Android Pie which will be based on FunTouch OS 9.
The retail box leaked image of the Vivo Y17 smartphone shows that it comes with a dewdrop notch that houses the front camera. While at the back the smartphone flaunts triple camera setup which is aligned vertically, a gradient black panel, and a fingerprint scanner.
As per the leaked specification, the smartphone will flaunt a 6.35-inch HD+ display with a screen resolution of 720 x 1544 pixels. Under the hood, the smartphone carries an octa-core processor, mated with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
The Vivo Y17 will run on the latest Android Pie based on FunTouch OS 9 and will pack a massive 5,000mAh battery. In terms of connectivity, the smartphone might include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GLONASS, GPS, FM, BeiDou, and USB-OTG.
In terms of the sensors, the Vivo Y17 will include an ambient light sensor, accelerometer, proximity sensor, fingerprint sensor, e-compass, and virtual gyroscope. The smartphone will measure 159.43 x 76.77 x 8.92mm and will weigh 190.5 grams.
In the imaging department, the smartphone at the back carries triple camera setup which includes 13-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel secondary sensor, and a 2-megapixel sensor. At the front, the smartphone will flaunt a 20-megapixel sensor inside the notch.
Till now, the company has not yet said a word about the price tag and availability of the Vivo Y17. so wait till the company officially announces about the smartphone.
