Vivo, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer has launched the new budget segment smartphone, dubbed as Vivo Y71i in India, however, the company has not officially unveiled the smartphone.
The entire specs sheet of Vivo Y71i has been posted by Mumbai based retailer Mahesh Telecom on Twitter. To recall, the Vivo Y71 was launched in India in April this year at a price tag of Rs 10,990. It seems that Vivo Y71i is a younger sibling of Vivo Y71 which features a lower end specifications
The Mumbai-based retailer Mahesh Telecom posted on twitter that the Vivo Y71i will be retailing at price tag of Rs 8,990 and soon to be made available for purchase at offline stores throughout the country. The tweet also reveals the entire specifications of Vivo Y71i, and it shares the similar design to Vivo Y71.
As per twitter post, it looks like Vivo Y71i boasts a 6.0-inch FullView HD+ display with a screen resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels and 269 ppi pixels density. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo skinned with company’s owned FunTouch OS 4.0.
The smartphone has Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 SoC paired with 2GB RAM and 16GB onboard storage with an option to extend further up to 256GB by using microSD card. It comes with the support of OTG cable though the users can attach any of the USB devices such as pain drives, digital cameras, mice or keyboards and more.
In terms of camera department, the Vivo Y71i packs an 8MP rear and 5MP front-facing camera with an aperture of f/2.0 and f/2.2 respectively.
The Vivo Y71i is powered by a 3360 mAh battery. It comes with 4G VoLTE, WiFi, dual-SIM, dedicated micro SD card slot, GPS, GLONASS and micro USB port as connectivity options.
