As expected, Vivo Z3 has been unveiled by the Chinese smartphone manufacturer at an event conducted in China on October 17. It has been launched in three storage variants including 4GB RAM/ 64GB ROM, 6GB RAM / 64GB ROM and 6GB RAM/ 128GB ROM along with two processor options Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 and Snapdragon 710.
The attractions of newly launched Vivo Z3 include waterdrop notch, dual rear cameras, rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The Vivo Z3 comes with a Face Unlock feature which enables to detect as many as 1,204 facial points by utilizing an infrared light. Jovi smart voice assistant feature is available in Vivo Z3 similar to other Vivo gadgets.

The Vivo Z3 also has artificial intelligence (AI) based selfie-focused features that are designed to adjust lighting and enhance self-portrait shots.
In China, the Vivo Z3 costs CNY 1,598 (roughly Rs. 16,900) for Snapdragon 670 SoC that has 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM, whereas the Snapdragon 710 SoC has been priced at CNY 1,898 (roughly Rs. 20,100) that has 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage.
The smartphone will be available in Emerald color option in China for the 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage and for 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory.

Now, Vivo has announced an Emerald color variant of the Vivo Z3 in the country. The new color variant will be available in 6GB RAM/64GB storage option and 6GB/128GB configuration.
Vivo Z3, Snapdragon 710 processor variant comes with a price tag of CNY 2,298 (roughly Rs. 24,400) that has 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The aforementioned variants are available for purchase at Vivo's online store only in the China market.
The Vivo Z3 has a 6.3-inch full-HD+ display that offers 19:9 aspect ratio, 90.3 screen-to-body ratio and the screen resolution of 1080x2280 pixels. From the software front, it runs on Android 8.1 Oreo layered with Funtouch OS.
It is available in two Snapdragon processors with the options of Snapdragon 670 SoC that has 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage. Another one is Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC that has 6GB RAM and up to 128GB internal storage.
Further, the smartphone supports microSD card with data up to 256GB.

The Vivo Z3 features dual cameras on the rear panel consisting of a 16MP primary sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor with an aperture of f/2.0 and f/2.4 respectively. Up front, the smartphone has 12MP with dual pixel sensor and aperture of f/2.0.
The connectivity options on the Vivo Z3 include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB along with OTG support, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. A fingerprint sensor is positioned on the rear panel of Vivo Z3. Under the hood, it is armed with a 3315mAh battery and dimensions are 155.97x75.63x8.1mm.
It must be noted that the Vivo Z3 has launched particularly in the China market, Currently, the Vivo has not announced when it would unveil Z3 in other markets outside China.
