Just a year earlier, the leading Chinese tech juggernaut Xiaomi had begun its journey to India, and in such a very short time span, it gained the success which is just out of the blue to believe on. Well, the mobile manufacturer has finally pulled off the wrap from another flagship smartphone Xiaomi Mi4 to celebrate its one year’s grand success in India. However, the same year brought some tough time also for the tech giant in India, but they vaporized very quickly.
Here with Xiaomi Mi4, the venture has finally soared more high with its goal of reaching at the highest pinnacle in tech industry. The handset has been reached to Indian shores to mark its value with Rs. 19,999 price tag. Currently, its 16GB model has got the chance to show its competence in Indian market. 64GB model will also arrive but it will take some time to shape-up for here’s market. However, this device was launched last year in July for outside the country.
Maintaining the legacy, Xiaomi Mi4 will also use the same Flash sale strategy which will start on February 10. Registration for this first sale though will begin from Wednesday, January 28 at 6.00pm. This smartphone was first scheduled to launch during Diwali season. However, it didn’t happen and got delayed because of some supply issue. Now, the handset has finally reached India and also brought the new MIUI version 6 also along with it. How many units of the newly announced handset will be going into flash sale on Flipkart is not known yet, but the India Head of Xiaomi, Manu Kumar said about 25,000 to 40,000 units.
The next flagship of company flaunts a 5-inch display that delivers full-HD screen output and glorifies the same with Gorilla one-glass solution coating. This device is embedded with 16GB built-in memory, 2.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor, 3GB RAM, and Adreno 330 GPU. To fuel this device, a battery of 3080mAh capacity is also there. To enhance the software experience with customization, company has equipped it with custom OS that is MIUI 6 on top of Android 4.4 KitKat OS.
The craftsmen has put their all efforts in making its camera stunning and captivating and here is the 13MP camera in return of their hard work with several staggering features including Optical Image Stabilization, LED flash, autofocus, Sony's IMX 214 13MP Exmor RS sensor, f/1.8 aperture, and many more. The Chinese mobile maker has also tried to impress selfie enthusiasts also by offering an 8MP front imager.
It offers 2G/3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS connectivity features and comes packed with single SIM slot. Company has also claimed that the handset has gone through 40 processes and 193 steps to garnish this device in stainless steel metal frame.
