ZTE Max XL Launched With 3990mAh Battery, Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS

ZTE, the Chinese smartphone maker company, has launched its new mobile in the US dubbed as ZTE Max XL. The major highlighting point of this latest ZTE mobile is its battery power of 3990mAh and the Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS. The handset has been priced at $129 (Approx. Rs. 8,200) and has already been made available on Boost Mobile from Tuesday. It must be noted that a week earlier the company had launched ZTE Blade Max 3 for the US mobile users.

On the specification front, this latest ZTE phone comes with a 6-inch full HD display. As stated above the handset operates on android 7.1.1 Nougat and has been powered by the relatively new 1.4GHz octa-core Snapdragon 435 SoC paired with a modest 2GB of RAM. For the security purpose, the advanced fingerprint scanner is located at the back, along with the speakers, while the power and volume buttons are housed both on the right edge of the smartphone. The ZTE Max XL offers 16GB of inbuilt storage with the option to expand further via a microSD card slot (up to 128GB).

On the camera front, this ZTE mobile has a 13-megapixel rear facing the camera with flash and a 5-megapixel front sensor for selfies and video chats. The handset has a huge 3990mAh battery which is rated to deliver up to 26.6 hours of talk time. The connectivity options include 4G LTE, USB Type-C port, Bluetooth v4.2, Wi-Fi, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The ZTE Max XL’s measures 165.1x83.82x9.3mm. The device is listed on Boost Mobile for a $28 (Approx. Rs. 1,700) discount and can be bought for just $101.99 (Approx Rs. 6,500).
