Nubia which is a sub-brand of ZTE has launched its first Z-series smartphone for 2018 with the name tag ZTE Nubia Z18 MIni. The key highlight features of ZTE Nubia Z18 includes a display, dual-rear camera setup and built-in AI, assistant. The Nubia Z18 Mini has been launched by ZTE especially in its home country China. The pre-bookings of the smartphone in the particular country starts from 11th April 2018 (today), whereas the deliveries will start from 19th April 2018.
The company is offering the smartphone in two storage variants: 64GB and 128GB. The price of ZTE Nubia Z18 Mini depends on the variant of the smartphone, 64GB and 128GB variant will be available for purchase at CNY 1,799 (roughly Rs 18,600) and 2,099 (roughly Rs 21,700) respectively. The company is also offering a special edition dubbed as ‘Limited Provence Edition’ (the one in Purple Color) that will cost at CNY 2,199 (roughly Rs 22,800).

Buyers can choose the color options from white, black, light blue, purple, and pink as per their convenience. However, the company has not revealed that whenever the ZTE Nubia Z18 will be unveiled globally.
The ZTE Nubia Z18 Mini bears a 5.7-inch IPS LCD display with the screen resolution of 2160×1080 pixels. The smartphone has an 18:9 aspect ratio display that means it offers Full-Screen Display. In terms of design, the smartphone is equipped with a glass body on both sides and protected with Gorilla Glass.
ZTE Nubia Z18 MIni is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 coupled with 6GB of RAM in terms of security, it offers a fingerprint scanner which is positioned on the rear panel of the smartphone. The quite interesting part is it could come with an AI assistant feature which is designed by ZTE Corporation, termed as NeoSmart AI and there is also a dedicated voice button is positioned on the smartphone. It runs on Android 8.1 OS based on NeoVision 7.0 UI.
In terms of optics, ZTE Nubia Z18 is equipped with a dual rear camera setup which comprises a combination of 24-megapixel primary camera and 5-megapixel secondary camera along with bokeh effects. For the selfie snapper, the smartphone has an 8-megapixel front- facing the camera with an aperture of f/2.0 and 80-degree wide-angle field of view.
In terms of connectivity, the smartphone offers 4G VoLTE, dual- sim Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/ n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, GLONASS, and BeiDou Navigation
