Apple Designed Safes to Showcase Gold-Plated Edition of its Smartwatch

However, CEO of Cupertino based giant: Tim Cook had stated a while ago that wrist-based computer is expected to go on sale in April, but we are yet to receive an exact date of launch. According to the reports of 9to5mac, company will situate safes in Apple stores for its expensive 'Watch Edition' smartwatch. To remind you, gadget has been designed in three editions: The regular Watch, Watch Edition and Watch Sport, wherein 18-karat Gold-plated model comes in 'Watch Edition'.

 

Notably, this gold version will also available in yellow and pink variant, which were previously claimed to be priced at $ 4,000 and $ 5,000 respectively. As per informant, “custom-designed safes will be decked with Apple Watch MagSafe chargers in order to keep demo units charged up and ready to go for the next day of business.”

Here, MagSafe wireless inductive charger has been specially designed for this watch to capacitates users in charging the device wirelessly, where it magnetically attaches itself to the back of device and starts charging.

Moreover, it has been stated that highly-priced Watch Edition will roll out with a special sales process that differentiates it from less-expensive regular Watch and Watch Sport. As the matter of fact, corporation has gained a record-breaking earning by its high-end smartphones and again gearing up to repeat its success to challenge some leading brands of this segment such Samsung, Sony and LG.
