Just like Pooch-O, the similar application AUTOonCAB has been launched which is developed by city based private company, NGA Technologies Pvt Ltd. It will help users for booking cabs and autos with the help of their smartphones.

Now users can download this free application from Google play store or Apple App Store. This new concept app will serve both the passengers and skinner that follows an easy process for making a call to auto rickshaws and cabs, with the help of few taps on your device. There is no need of drivers to sit idle and waiting to get hired. They will choose their duty timings and days of operation using the 'On Duty' option on their devices. By clicking on this option, they can be visible on the customer’s device.

Co-founder and chief executive officer, AUTOonCAB, Alok Sawhney said that, "Passengers do not need to wait by the roadside and negotiate fares to hail autos or stay on-hold on the telephone while booking cabs. Once the app is downloaded on their smartphone, a few simple taps will get them the service quickly and easily."

The pickup location of customer will detect automatically by enabling the GPS on their devices and the nearest driver will get the notification that, there is a passenger who is waiting for a response for picking-up. The app includes a 'call' option that will permit the passengers and drivers to communicate with each other according to their needs. There is in-built rating system also which facilitates both of them to rate each other. Hence, passengers can create a database of good service providers as well drivers can also create the list of happy passengers.
