In today's competitive technological world, it's hard to find the employees which remains loyal to their companies despite having shear talent. But, it seems that the tech giant Apple and Facebook have found a way to at least stop their women employees for longer period, though from the only reason, when they would try to quit the company to be a mom. Yeah you heard it right, both the companies are offering mouth-watering wages to their talented and promising women employees to delay the plan to being a mother for the later times.
However, the companies are also taking care of the reason that after a certain age, women are not able to produce egg for re-production and for that, the compensations are there to look after their eggs, which they can store in a bank at a fertility center. The procedure of taking a mature egg out of a fertile women, storing it in a clinic (up to 10 years) and then re-storing it into the women takes around US 10,000 per cycle and this is exactly the amount Apple and Facebook are paying with storing charges, that is US $ 500 per month as well.
Now, this sort of unconventional thought could help the women who are very anxious to see themselves as one of the top working officials in the company and just don't have enough funding to carryout the procedure. The Facebook has already started paying out the money and Apple will be doing that from the year 2015, or this is what rumors are claiming.
