Delhi Police Introduced Trial Version of its One Touch Away App

Delhi Police launched the trial version of its most awaited 'One Touch Away' App. The app was introduced by Police Chief Commisioner B.S Bassi, aimed at to reduce the public inconvenience and dissatisfaction with police functioning.

"It has been trying to put the efforts, in identifying the areas where newer means can help in reducing public inconvenience and the public dissatisfaction with the police working. This is the initiative, to reduce the gap between the police administration and the public. One such area for the public is how to reach the police in various situations", Bassi added.

The app will provide facilities to access all the services provided by the Delhi Police just with a one touch. Recently, the app will available only for the Android users via Google play app.

This one touch app will feature lists of all police officers with their name, designation and the contact numbers to provide their services conveniently to the public. So, that the Delhi peoples can contact them anytime. It also provides all the important helpline numbers to the public in emergency if required and also enable the links for all the websites and the app related to the Delhi police.

This app is not only useful for the public but also useful for the police officers in order to provide all the important notifications to the officers or the public.

For the past few months, Delhi police was trying to improve its image quality by accomplishing a better service to the Delhi people.

Delhi Police Co-missioner B.S Bassi said, "I recommend all Dellhi'ites to use this app" and i am sure it will help you to know more them closely.
